WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
You will get a hand painted illustration on paper, carefully packed for safe shipping. Frame NOT included.
STEP 1: SELECT STYLE
Black & White: Ink and pencil on watercolor paper
Color: Full color illustration made with watercolor on paper
Pencil sketch: Quick loose sketch made with pencil on paper
STEP 2: HOW MANY PEOPLE?
The price varies depending on the number of people that will be portrayed. You can see the prices in each item's drop-down menu.
-> Yes! Animals count as "people" too :)
STEP 3: SELECT SIZE
The price also varies depending on the paper size you choose. These are the currently available options:
- DIN A4 (21x29,7cm): For 1 or 2 people in Pencil Sketch
- DIN A3 (29,7x42cm): For portraits of 1 or 2 people in Color or B&W and for portraits of 3 or 4 people in Pencil Sketch
- DIN A2 (42x59,4cm): For portraits in Color or B&W from 1 to 4 people
STEP 4: ORDER AND PAYMENT
Our shop accepts payments made with most major credit cards as well as with Paypal. Your bank information is only processed through safe servers.
This website has an SSL security certificate, so the rest of your personal information is fully protected.
STEP 5: SELECT AND SEND YOUR PHOTOS
Once your order and payment is completed, I'll need you to send me an e-mail to ina.ilustracion@gmail.com with the following:
- One or more pictures of the people that you want to see on the portrait. In the case of portraits with more than 1 person, you can send separate pictures of each person and I will draw them together.
Please choose good quality photos where the face is seen clearly.
When in doubt, the more photos you send the better :)
- Let me know in case you want any specific theme for the portrait. It can be anything from a color sheme, to a background or an object. I will give you my feedback and we will agree together on how to bring your idea to life!
Of course, you can leave that part to my creativity too and I will let you know my ideas beforehand.
DELIVERY TIMES
The painting process takes from 7 to 15 days depending on the number of portrayed people. I will be available via e-mail during the whole process so you can know how it is going at all times. Once the painting is finished, it is sent through Priority Airmail from Barcelona (Spain) with the following delivery times:
SPAIN: 24/48h
EVERYWHERE ELSE: 5 to 7 days
SHIPPING COSTS
SPAIN: 5€
EUROPE: 10€
USA: 15€
EVERYWHERE ELSE: 20€
WILL I BE ALERTED ONCE MY ORDER SHIPS?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is accepted, and another one when it is shipped. That email will include a list of everything that has shipped, as well as a link to tracking information.

The high quality print on 250gr Fine Art paper guarantees the durability over time of the quality and luminosity of the colors.
Frame NOT included.
The shipping fee will apply only once for the first item in your cart, with no shipping cost for additional items.

I pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from Barcelona, Spain. The estimated delivery time from the placement of the order is between 5 and 7 days.
